Accessibility Statement
Richard Trice Marketing wants everyone to be able to use Richard Trice Marketing, whatever their sight, hearing, movement or way of thinking. This page says what we do about that, what we know is not right yet, and how to tell us when something is in your way.
The standard we work to
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act, the UK Equality Act guidance and the US Department of Justice ADA Title II rule. The theme this site runs on is built and checked to that standard: every page has a skip link, one heading structure, visible keyboard focus, text that can be resized to 200 percent, colours checked for contrast, and controls that work with a keyboard and a screen reader.
What you can adjust
The Accessibility button on every page (or Alt + A on a keyboard) opens a panel with five profiles for low vision, dyslexia, focus, seizure safety and keyboard use, colour and contrast modes including dark and high contrast, text size, line height, letter and word spacing, two reading fonts, text alignment, highlighted links and headings, a big cursor, a reading guide and reading mask, a way to stop animation and hide images, a map of the headings on the page and Listen, which reads the page aloud with your own device voice. Every post and page has a reading bar with Listen, which reads the page aloud and highlights each sentence, Focus, which keeps one paragraph bright at a time, and In short, a plain-language summary under the title. Your choices are kept on your own device only.
What may not be perfect
Some older content, third-party video players, embedded forms and documents supplied by other companies may not meet the standard yet. We check new content as it is written and fix what the checks find, and we are working through the older material.
Tell us
If any part of this site is hard for you to use, please tell us and we will fix it or give you the content another way. Use the Report an accessibility problem link in the footer, or Open a Support Ticket. We aim to reply within five working days.
If you are not satisfied
If you are in the European Union and are not happy with our answer, you can contact the market surveillance authority for accessibility in your country. In the UK you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service. In the United States you can contact the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division.
